Burbon Blueberry Sour
1 Burbon
1/3 Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. lime and 1/2 oz. lemon
2 tsps. blueberry compote
Ice
Pour compote into glass, add ice and mix of burbon, simple syrup and lime/lemon mix. Shake and mix.
Big Apple Cider Mimosa
Tall glass or flute
Chopped cashews
Caramel
1/2 oz. Apple Brandy
Cinammon stick
Sugar
Nutmeg
Dip glass rim in caramel and then in cashews, then pour in Apple Brandy. Boil cinammon, sugar and nutmeg, let cool, then add to Apple Brandy, shake and serve.
Butternut Squash White Rum Cocktail
1 3/4 oz. white rum
1/2 oz. simple syrup
3 oz. butternut squash juice
Pomegrante juice
1/4 oz. lime
Ice
Combine all ingredients into a glass and shake. Top off with pomegrante juice and a slice of lime.
