A judge just ordered Halle Berry to pay $20k a month in child support to her daughter's father Gabriel Aubry. Aubry, reportedly asked for that specific amount so he could rent a home "to provide a suitable place for his daughter to live." But whether or not he will get a penny is still decided. In addition, after interviewing Aubry, Halle and their daughter Nahla, court documents are indicating that Halle is the better parent and more capable of caring for their child. This would give her the go-ahead to move to Paris; something she has petitioned the court for permission. If that is the case, there would be no need for monthly child support, unless Aubry decides to move to Paris with them.
