Summer Skin Care: Nature's Vitamin Water

Great makeup only looks better on even greater skin. One way to keep skin hydrated and healthy? Pump up the volume on tap or bottled water with nature's vitamins.

Make your own vitamin water by adding slices of lemon, orange, lime and a touch of cucumber for a refreshing and stimulating fix. Oranges are filled with vitamin C; lemons and limes aid in digestion and help with keeping your blood more aklaline, which stimulates to maintain overall body wellness; and cucumbers are filled with vitamins B6, A and K.  Cut your fruits, veggies and citruses into paper-thin slices. Combine all ingredients in one bottle filled water, or in separate carafes. Then drink up!
